A Fellow of ICSB, he also holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (CIMA UK) and KPI Specialist certification. His track record includes securing $12M in foreign funding, leading IPO preparation, and driving revenue growth from $62M to $150M at MBM Group — plus helping obtain Bangladesh's first Authorized Economic Operator license in the RMG sector.
Md. Ferdows Alam
Chief Information OfficerA seasoned technology leader with over a decade of experience in enterprise systems, digital transformation, and IT strategy. As Head of ICT at MBM Group, he implemented a 360° ERP ecosystem enabling end-to-end digital integration across production, supply chain, HR, and finance.
He specializes in enterprise-level resource monitoring using IoT and AI, with experience across telecom, manufacturing, and trading — including key roles at multinational organizations such as Airtel, and as IT solutions provider for "AmarHR," a cloud-based mobile HRMS funded by the German Government's KfW DEG program.
